 Mass Time Length

  The interval between any two events is called time. The standard unit (SI Unit) of time is second (s).

  There are different kinds of balances like:- -Beam balance -Grocer's balance -Physical balance  -Scale balance Generally used by goldsmith and scientists as it is more sensitive and accurate.

  The quantity of matter contained in a body is called mass.The Si unit of mass is kilogram(kg).

  Length is the measurement of the distance between any two points.Meter is the standard unit for measuring length. The short form of meter is (m).

 The standard quantity of measurement which is accepted through the world is called a  SI unit. Some physical quantity are given bellow:

  The units of measurement that are not uniform or reliable as they differ from person to person and places to places are called local measurement system.People of different part of the world still use their own system of measurement.In some parts of our country, people still use Mana,Pathi,Muri,Dharni,Sher,Pau etc.

    The quantity which can be measured are called physical quantities. For examples; mass , time , force , temperature , length , area , volume etc.

  The comparison of an unknown physical quantity with a known standard quantity of same kind is called measurement .
